Common Questions

How many machines can one system monitor?

A single ESP32 gateway can monitor 1 channel. We can build 3-channel, 6-channel or 12-channel systems with multiple PZEM-004T sensors on one gateway. Larger setups use multiple gateways.

Can it work with three-phase power?

Yes. We use one PZEM-004T sensor per phase. A complete three-phase setup uses 3 sensors and reports per-phase and total readings.

Can I cut off a load remotely?

Yes. The system includes relay control. You can switch off non-critical loads via the dashboard or based on configurable rules (time, threshold, schedule).

What about solar installations?

We support solar / grid / mixed setups. You can monitor grid import, solar generation and net export separately to track energy independence.

Is the data secure?

Yes. Data is sent over MQTT with TLS encryption. The cloud dashboard uses HTTPS and login-protected admin accounts. Two-factor auth is available on request.

What is the installation process?

Local clients in Prayagraj and nearby areas receive on-site installation. Remote clients receive pre-configured hardware with detailed installation manual and video-call support.
