By using this website or engaging Yarana Web Tech for services, you agree to the following terms.
1. Services
All projects begin with a signed proposal that defines scope, timeline and payment terms. Work outside that scope is billed separately.
2. Ownership
On full payment, you own 100% of the deliverables — code, design files and assets. Yarana Web Tech retains the right to reference the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
3. Payments
Standard terms are 50% upfront and 50% on delivery, or a mutually agreed milestone schedule for larger engagements.
4. Revisions
Each deliverable includes the revisions listed in your proposal. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
5. Confidentiality
We treat your business information as confidential. NDAs are available on request.
6. Liability
Liability is limited to the fees you have paid for the specific engagement.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh.
