Does it work without internet?
The reader itself stores data locally and syncs when Wi-Fi is available. For full cloud features and real-time alerts, an internet connection is recommended.
Can parents get attendance alerts?
Yes. You can configure SMS or WhatsApp alerts to be sent to parents or guardians when a student taps in or out.
What is the installation process?
For local clients in Prayagraj and nearby areas, we provide on-site installation. For remote clients, we ship with detailed setup instructions and offer video call support.
